inc. Coaching+ washing+ treat+ style Your curls have likely suffered damage, whether from heat, bleach, or chemical treatments, including keratin treatments. We start off with washing, styling, and drying your curls, as well as coaching you so that you feel more confident at home. Then, we assess and agree on whether and how we will cut your curls. The appointment is about getting guidance, whether you choose to big chop or transition to healthier curls. Please allow a minimum of 2.5 hours for this appointment, as it can take longer depending on how long or thick your hair is. You must arrive with your hair in its curly state, down, clean, and detangled. You can use styling products as long as these don't include heavy oils or butter. Please note that your results will depend on the extent of your damage.
